Over the top excellence. First face of UOVO was the charming hostess who took our name and worked the front of the store with a smile. We, my party of four, were seated at the back table. The menu is simple. Veggies, pasta, wine and beer. The food was fresh, cooked to perfection with star bursting flavor. The owner was available to help us decide on what to order. Amazing fresh pasta. I absolutely loved the tortellini in cream sauce and the ragu. Some of the best pasta I've ever had outside of Italy.
