This review is not of Quest. They get 5 stars. This review is for U of L Medical Plaza 2 South. I had a 7:30 am appointment to get blood drawn. The sign says after 7:30 am enter through suite 301. I arrived at 7:26 am and the door was locked. I jerked on it to make a lot of noise. I left at 7:42 am and they had just opened suite 301. Do better U of L! This level of service or lack thereof is not it! Open doors on time! Everyone’s time is valuable and you’re not more special than anyone else.
I’d give it zero stars if it would let me. My Dad has been sick for a week. My Mom pulled the trigger and made my dad go to the hospital. This is where she took My Dad. They admitted him. He sat in the ER for 7-8 Hours before he got a room. It took threatening to leave against Medical Advice to get a disagonsis or anything done. The staff treated my dad very poorly. It was not a positive experience for my dad. They didn't even feed my dad but 2 times. 1 time for breakfast and one time for dinner. Terrible experience all over... read more
