So glad I came back! UO is still a phenomenal sushi spot. I first visited right after they opened and hadn't been back in about a year, so I decided to return recently. Fresh and delicious fish, lovely service and a very welcoming atmosphere! We enjoyed our meal and chatting with the owner and the chef about their hometowns. It made us want to plan our next trip to Japan ASAP! We will definitely be back. Thank you, Yusuke, for your hospitality.
Absolutely delicious! We got multiple things as well as the chef 8 piece omakase. They make their own soy sauce, treat everyone kindly and serve great food. Hidden gem!
