There was a mistake by your billing department that was taken care in a very gracious manner on your end. Although Iâm a vet affiliated with PTSD the matter was settled with no problems on my end..
Love it I get to stream a lot of thing and be on Netflix at the same time and it wonât act up in any way thank you a lot
We've been using Unwired for a few years now, initially on their basic plan. We were so happy with the low latency and reliable service that we eventually upgraded to the 5Mbps plan. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is the lack of an affordable option for 10Mbps or higher. Perhaps one day it will be a viable option for personal use.

So far it has been the best internet service i have ever had
We were with Verizon, which switched to Frontier, we were very unhappy with the speed offered with them (0.1 mbps). We went to unWired for an increase of speed 7 times (7.5 mbps on the top end), which only doubling what we pay each month ( from $70. per month to 140. per month). Only problem, our stream speed is not consistent. We have times where the speed is comparable to Frontier, but overall much better. Slow speeds tend to happen during peak times around 5PM, but have experienced slower speeds in the morning as well... read more

Everything is great!
Good service but someone else came into my area with much faster speeds for less $'s. In fact they are doing upload speeds that are almost the download speed. I'm very happy with the 30/30 Mbps up and down that I now have. My speed tests are around 32 down and 29.8 up. I know I could have never been able to get you to do this for me unless I really put out the big bucks per month.
