My internet was down over a holiday weekend and then the rest of the week from faulty equipment. No credit was issued for down time. Then I had a bill past due and another one that just generated. I planed to pay the past due bill, and then the new one in a week. Once I was in the system, i cannot decipher which Invoice I was paying. I assumed it shouldnât matter anyway, I am paying my bill. I have only had them for about two months. I got the one year plan, and so far everything is going great. The installation process only took a few hours and the two gentlemen that did the install were friendly and knowledgeable. It is a little expensive for what I have but if you need fast reliable internet like I do then it's a must. They have cheaper options though if you don't mind less Mbps per second. We have had unwired for many years now and itâs been a very good experience. The service is very reliable and the support staff are easy to contact and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this service to anybody, especially, but not limited to rural customers. The in house installation and repairs are done very promptly and professionally.
