I should’ve listened to the reviews. I was charged for appointments the therapist canceled on me. My insurance confirmed that if a provider cancels, they cannot bill you - yet this practice did so multiple times, for appointments I did not even attend. As for Dr. Cutshall, she was consistently cold, dismissive, and quick to make assumptions. I often left sessions in tears, and instead of checking in or helping me ground, she ended sessions early and rushed me out the door. Amerjeet Purewal should never be recommended to asses a veterans mental health. He lacks compassion and empathy. I had an appointment in a location 45 min from home, at a place I've never been. The building numbers are not on the buildings themselves, and maps puts you right in the parking lot of multiple buildings that look the same. We need more psychologists like Libby (Dr. Cutshall) in the world! She is one of the most equitable, collaborative, and knowledgeable people I have met. She has a direct, holistic, and human-centered approach to healing—an approach that is absolutely necessary for anyone dealing with complex trauma and its deep-seated, lasting effects. Please do not waste your time here. Referred to this office by PCM, it’s been weeks of calling with no answers and leaving messages. Even went in person during business hours, waited 20 mins for anybody to help me and all I hear is laughing behind the door. This office is a joke, poor excuse for a practice, especially working with mental health. SMH!
