I see that some reviews didn’t make it because of the low rating and information. PLEASE read the low rating and better understand people and their experiences. Btw calling someone who struggles trying to speak English is crazy work.
It’s crazy work that this company would actually spend more effort trying to change the star review instead of fixing the problems
This company has poor customer service and horrible communication skills. Issues with faxing between doctors and company. Which makes any situation more difficult and stressful. The call center is the worse with disrespectful people who don’t speak good English but mad at you because you don’t understand them.
