Throw the whole company away!!!!! This is the worst insurance company ever. My benefits never come on time. I had to open a new bank account just to receive zelle payments. The portal is useless if your trying to communicate with someone. You have to have a specific diagnosis to claim critical illness. It doesn't matter if your barely clinging on to life.... you will not get your benefits unless you have what they consider an "appropriate " diagnosis.
