Normal properties in the area have landscapers use leafblowers 1 time every week for about 45 min to 1 hour. These uncaring folks have landscapers leafblowing all afternoon 3 times a week for 2 hours-3 hours. A total nuisance to the neighborhood and making the lives of disabled neighbors very hard dealing with 6-9 hours of this a week.
This complex is falling apart and management is unruly with the residents and the staff as well the nice security guards they have who were actually doing there job to make sure that nobody missed with the property as well it took them this long to deal with the cockroaches situation. I’ll say stay away and spend your rent money on a nicer place then this.

People were going in and out of my apartment when I wasn't home, steeling laundry, and stuff from my home. Now they have security. Good Luck
