I brought my difficult toddlers in for a haircut this afternoon. The staff was incredible with them. They had so much fun sitting in the little cars for their cuts and watching tv. It was great experience and they also enjoyed the playground afterwards.
I walked in at 10:00 on August 18th. Waited for 2 people 2 finish. A family of 4 walked in with no appointments behind me. I was expected to wait another 15 minutes while 4 other people got haircuts. Untangled lost my business. Great way to lose customers.
Jayla is the BEST!! She always does an amazing job on my son’s hair!
