If I could give zero stars I would. Love budget establishment. I was prepared for mediocrity but this level of untrained staff was shocking. One of the owners cut my hair so I thought I was in good hands. After she and her sister tore my current hairstyle apart they suggested highlights. Seemed basic so okay. The lady did spend a lot of time on me but that doesn't excuse the quality. The color came out yellow and almost white in different places. Horrible product. (Before i start my review, I DO want to note that the girl who did my hair was incredibly nice!) I would not recommend the "salon", and i use that term loosely, to my worst enemy! I bought a Groupon, so i figured I would give it a try. My Groupon was purchased for $40 and included a cut, single color processing, conditioning treatment, and style. I just recieved a awsome new look at the Untamed Salon. I have been looking for a new stylist to go to because mine rexently moved out of town. A friend recomended that I try out this new salon in the area. I was nervous but agreed. Let me tell you I could'nt have been happier. The two sister owners were fabulous! I would definatly recomend this salon to anyone. Ps. my new cut and color are perfect!!!!! I love it:)
