It’s hard to put into word how much Cristina’s expertise, candour, counsel, and care has helped me over the years we’ve worked together. I’ve been through some sizeable traumas, my job is highly pressured, and I face the same relationship and family difficulties many of us face. I can honestly say that the toolkit Cristina has helped me build and the understanding I’ve gained about myself through the process has left me better able to not just feel comfortable in the world but to be able to get the best from it.

I have been seeing Cristina since 2022 and I feel like she has helped me grow so much. She is patient, kind, and super easy to talk to. She is a great listener, but also isn't afraid to challenge me when I need it. I always look forward to my sessions with her. She is not only a 5/5 but also a 10/10!!!!!
