I scheduled an appointment for my daughter back on 12/18/20 for a 2 PM appointment today (1/2/21) to get her ears pierced for her birthday. Nobody was there. Nobody answered the phone. Voicemail full. What a joke. Won't be back.
Best atmosphere and wicked artists. They’re extremely welcoming and make your tattoo/piercing experience absolutely wonderful.
Have gotten a few different piercings here and oys always a good experience.
I've gotten tattoos by grumpy and my ear piercing bt Steph and they are both amazing people to be around and are 100% professional!! would recommend to everyone! I didnt feel like i was being judged or not wanted they welcome you with open arms and make you laugh the entire time! 100/10

Grumpy is an amazing artist. I brought my son in to get his first tattoo and my husband and I both got tattoos as well. He did an amazing job. All three tattoos were different styles yet Grumpy flawlessly gave each of us exactly what we asked for. We came to Pullman for a weekend expecting our other tattoo shop to be open, but they weren’t. We called Untamed and asked if they had any openings and they got us in at 4:30PM. Grumpy tattooed my boyfriend and I. We couldn’t be happier. He was absolutely amazing...AND FAST. We were in and out in an hour and half, thats design, placement and tattoo. This place exceeded my expectations and I definitely plan to come back.
