I'm a little confused over the recent negative comments concerning this organization. I am a current tenant at The Ledges in Burlington and have had nothing but a positive experience. Yes they run a tight ship but that's what you want in a landlord, am I wrong? The great thing about renting is the law is in your favor. If you are evicted it's likely your own fault, sorry.
