I am training with Michelle, and loving it! She pushes me while working within my body’s limits! I enjoy tracking our progress together via the body scans she interprets. They are insightful and Michelle does a great job of translating those into actionable areas for me. I’m thrilled with my results from both training and using the red light bed. The red light therapy is energizing, motivating and healing. I feel the impact and difference the red light therapy makes! And obviously the training is powerful AND fun!
Love the red light bed, improves mood, skin and joint pain fairly quickly. With long term frequent use I have experienced a reduction in my waist and arm measurements which is done through a full body scan periodically. Also Michelle is great for personal training, work out was challenging without being overwhelming.
My experience with the team at RLHW + KinetikChain has been great. Michelle L. is a great personal trainer who I've seen for a long time. She's always encouraging and pushing me to do my best--she'll do the same for you. They have so many different modalities represented for whole-body health coverage. I've personally used their PT, massage, fascia stretching, as well as training. Great folks, fun atmosphere!
Great place to add red light therapy, massage, and/or physical therapy in Cherry Creek - staff and coaches are thorough, friendly and helpful. They have several programs and timetables to choose from. Additional clinics are offered providing specific health- related topics of interest as well.
Absolutely an incredible experience working with Michelle. This program gave me the accountability i needed to stay focused and excel, and Michelle was there every step of the way to keep me honest. The combination of red light, nutrition coaching, one on one's, and the tech available through the app, I made hige progress in a short amount of time.
