I have bought parts for my Tesla with the expectation that is would be shipped the next as advertised in the website and I’ve yet to receive an update on my order 5 days later. I’ve texted, called and no answer. Y’all are ridiculous for this. If I had known I would’ve order from another company instead of waiting for y’all to ship. Very poor customer service.
