I had a great experience with Unplugged Performance! The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and Frank took great care of me throughout the entire process. Installed their springs, sway bars, and camber kit on my Tesla Model 3 Highland, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Love what this company has to offer great stuff. Just a little disappointed I ordered something and immediately requested to cancel it but they still sent it and now I have to pay return shipping costs over $100. Response time for support not great with this company. I should have been able to cancel my order if only a answered the phone or checked their email in time
Amazing work! Shahar answered all the questions I had and made me feel much more comfortable with my purchase. I got the Perfect Fitment Kit installed on my 2026 Model Y RWD, and I am very happy with how it turned out. The wheels now sit more flush with the car and give it a much cleaner look.
