I've had my set of UP-03 wheels for a one year now and I admittedly have a lot of buyers regret. The people at Unplugged seem good, Kirk is always available and seems like he wants to do the right thing but I'm just not super happy with my product and available services. I recently upgraded the front brake pads on my 2023 Model Y Performance to the Unplugged Performance Street & Track pads. The stock Brembo pads often felt wooden and lacked feedback, even after multiple brake burnishing cycles via the service menu, which yielded little improvement. With the new pads installed, the difference was immediate, braking now has noticeably stronger initial bite and feels much more confident.
