I just visited your Miami store and had a very disappointing experience. The staff member working short blonde hair, wearing glasses—was extremely rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. I was shocked by how she interacted with me and later witnessed her being similarly rude to a lovely family who entered the store. Uno de Cincuenta’s customer care is above and beyond any expectations you might have. They have repeatedly surprised me with their generosity and attention. Can’t remember her name, but she’s tall and blond and regal. She imparts an air of sophistication and detachment, but cannot be a nicer more down to earth sales associate. Don’t let looks fool you
I have visited this shop on Lincoln Road each year since they opened, and never failed to find something beautiful for my wife for her birthday, Christmas/Chanukah or Valentine's Day. This year was no exception! Marina, the sales person on duty, was friendly and professional, with a great attitude and a sense of humor despite the holiday rush. She helped me select a terrific silver bracelet that my wife already loves. Stylish. Not too expensive. I strongly recommend you stop by and take a look.
I have been a loyal customer of UNO de 50 for years, with my husband purchasing multiple pieces for me from locations in Spain, Las Vegas, and Orlando. Recently, for my birthday, he bought me a bracelet and earrings online and had them shipped to my daughter’s house to surprise me while we were on a cruise.
