Love Uno de 50 , however 2 nights ago I decided to show my friend how beautiful the designs and mentioned that it's a pity it's not real silver or gold. The sales person caustically commented that if I wanted real gold ot silver, I should go to Tiffany or Cartier. I own some Uno de 50 pieces because of their lovely designs. People should not work in retail if they do not have the skills or aptitude to be a sales person. She is a detriment to the company's image and brand.
