I genuinely dread calling this place to make my appointments and hear that Nicole, the front desk lady, has picked up. Every time I talk to her I sound as if my calling in for an appointment has inconvenienced her day, I just ended up hanging up. I've been going there for years, but I'm hoping to change providers soon , although I did really love my provider, this overrides all that.
Vannah Bustos is so expensive and I get absolutely nothing. She charges so much. It is so expensive here and I have great insurance. I pay less than $20 for a specialist and $100 for her to do it again. I had an issue she didn’t even try to fix fortunately a nurse practitioner figured it out. This is ok if you want vaccines or colonoscopy or other routine tests which reimburse highly. Dr Vannah Bustos is very knowledgeable about $$$. I need a code for RX or It is not covered they don’t care! They are bothered by the phone ringing get a call center and a pharmacy line. Have a computer and we can check in ourselves, No need for so many people outsourcing and automated is better! Wasteful with so many people. Front desk all Karens. All the exact same.
