Horrible. When you call, you're transferred, not called back, or given excuses (like the system is down/no doctor available - even on your set appointment day). They break appointments at their whim and give you a “we are now, at present booked for over a month so we will rebook you an appointment in 2 months.” You will not be happy if you come here; they do not respect people's needs for medications (harmless ones) and delay you MONTHS from getting you the meds you know you need.
