Worse doctor ever the office never picks up I been on hold for over 30 minutes and I have left several messages don’t waist your time this place should be closed immediately if I where you call your insurance company and make sure they are aware of this nasty place!!!
Edited to add she placed tubes that are dysfunctional. Believe the reviews! Very poor bedside manners, is one snarky doctor, very careless about your child, your time, and you. If you have any smaller kids that’s 5 years or younger, that’s not the place for you. She will get irritated by your kid and she thinks her time is more valuable than yours. Her assistant “Jessica” has worse attitude than her, you can tell a lot about a doctor through their staff. Avoid
This office needs to be shut down the staff is so abusive to there patients.I've tried everything to fix it but couldn't.The staff laughs at me and lie when I ask them questions.They let people go in ahead of me that are not urgent.I sit for hours for no reason.Dr.Ng was my doctor I made him aware of this and he did nothing.He was a high skilled doctor to me but allowing this to happen makes him worth less.I hope he reads this and realizes he needs to think more about his patients then his staff.
The worst ENT in Las Vegas the staff are LiARS, they do not answer the phone to schedule an appointment and when you get an appointment set they Lie and try to force you to reschedule staff is so unprofessional and rude stay away!!!
Horrible, they never answer the phone and never called you back. The doctor Ng, the worst doctor ever. My ear was so infected and he just look at me and said: You are ok. I did went to the E. R. At Spring Valley Hospital and they didn't do anything either. So, I went to ER at UMC Hospital and they did de surgery right away. So, avoid this place. UNLV MEDICINE, the WORTS place ever.
