Really really hard to get on the phone. And then once you get someone, she's pretty useless. She won't tell me the name of the doctors so I can look them up. She also doesn't know what MD vs DO means. She thinks MDs are time based and therefore someone who "has been here forever" is an MD. So interesting.
They never answer the phone, I’ve called them like 20 times in one day to just make an appointment for my mother.
