Sad to see the complaints raised 4 years ago by others are still true today. Clearly, things are not broken in the eyes of UNLV. Can't get anyone to answer the phone. Trying to schedule an appointment, no one returns calls.

This place should be ashamed of itself. Every time I go there on time, I’m waiting for an hour, hour and a half after my appointment time. It’s always the same excuse. Had an appointment today, saw the waiting room was full. So I asked, will the wait be 2 hours. The receptionist said probably. That’s not my problem. For these people being “so smart” they sure are dumb because they don’t know how to schedule.
I’ve been calling this office multiple times per day for over a week now. I get put on hold for hours and then just hung up on. Why won’t anybody pick up? How can you ethically run a medical office where patients cannot ever reach the office to schedule or manage appointments?
