I had a surgery scheduled two months in advance only to show up and find out on the day of at 5am that it had been cancelled last minute. No notification or call from the offices. I did all the pre-surgery requirements (MRI, blood tests, fasting, etc.), yet the staff did not have the decency to call me prior to tell me that my surgery had been cancelled. In short: Doctors' helpfulness is so-so, lack of concern from doctors and staff can be quite evident at times. They avoid answering or reaching out, sometimes even when they say they will, and even when they say you need something done ASAP. They'll even let the phone ring for a long time, let it get to closing time, then pick up and immediately hang up so you can't get through. Extra terrible coming from a surgical office.

After my first IUD placement here, I had sharp hip pain and could barely move. I was told it was placed properly and “wouldn’t cause” that pain. Later, the doctor offered to switch to a smaller IUD or remove it. I tried the smaller one, but still had symptoms, and was told again “it wouldn’t do that.” I left feeling dismissed instead of listened to. Patients deserve providers who take their concerns seriously.

Terrible service! They rescheduled me last-minute for the same day with someone else, even though I live across town. I called ahead and let them know I was stuck in traffic and would be just a bit over the 15-minute grace period. Despite giving them my exact arrival time, and her telling me it would be ok the doctor still refused to see me. Unacceptable

Always been good to me
