My mother actually referred me here after problems with coverage when my pcp left the office I was going too. Everyone here so far has been lovely to deal with, both my new pcp and the womens health there. They have been so helpful and understanding, and the office is comfortable. I really like that they have a good app. I can see test results, message my doctor, request prescription, and I feel stuff gets through better than calling on the phone. i have been calling for two months to simply set up an appointment. i have not even gotten a call back. i’m not even a new patient. i just want a check up. so unprofessional and lazy.
HORRIBLE MI APOIMENT ERA A LAS 10 AM LLEGE 9:25 AM Y ME FUI 10:45 AM Y NI SIQUIERA ME HABÍAN LLAMADO PARA LLENAR LOS DOCUMENTOS YA EN ESTE PAÍS SE A PERDIDO TODO LO PEOR ES QUE SI LLEGAS 5 MINUTOS DESPUÉS DE TU APOIMENT NO TE ATIENDEN PERO ELLOS SÍ PUEDEN HACERTE ESPERAR MÁS DE 1 HORA Y NO PUEDES DECIR NADA 😡😡😡😡😡 HORRIBLE.
