Carlos came out with only one day notice to rekey all of our locks. He was attentive and made sure we were completely satisfied before he left. If we ever need a locksmith again, we will request Carlos.
I bought one of those “Smartlocks” deadbolts from a big-name hardware store, thinking this would be a quick fix and save money. I followed the instruction and even watched a YouTube video. The Smartlock still locked up on me with my new key. I walked in to Unlockit, with my so call new deadbolt and key and they fixed everything in just a few hours. Unlockit truly is a customer service oriented company and the whole team is a pleasure to do business with! From start to finish they were professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. We've been using them at our multi-location business for a couple of years now and we wouldn't think about using anyone else! Residential work done at a few of my siblings' homes has also been top-notch. Thank you for the refreshing quality customer service that is so hard to come by these days!
