Unlock Seattle is amazing, we would highly recommend working with these ladies! As first time homebuyers, we didnt really know what to expect, we had a limited budget, and were using the WA state first time homebuyers program for down payment assistance. We were a little freaked out about everything at first, but Gerene really made us feel comfortable, we trusted her a lot and she did an amazing job working with us. WOW! I have to say, that as first time buyers we had no idea what we were doing or what we were looking for! Lyrica and Stephanie guided us through the entire process and made finding a location AND a home so enjoyable.
