Had a trailer hitch installed to only have a load noise/viberation throughout the entire car that sounds like the exhaust is hitting the new trailer hitch. When i took the car back to them to have it fixed, they broke a part of my car that had nothing to do with the noise that was being made then they tried to fix that issue with self tapping screws, zipties and CARDBOARD.
