Ordered a set of leaf springs a few months ago, turned out to be the complete wrong springs. Returned the springs and was stuck with a 215 dollar bill for shipping. It’s now my fault your parts were wrong? Customer service hasn’t answered me back after sending over a dozen emails. Terrible customer service.
Terrible customer service.. I was refused the right to speak to a Manager.. I had to contact the manufacturer to get the missing and damaged parts. After the manufacturer call, All of a sudden the female return employee started emailing me to replace the damaged part. Thirteen emails later and after she hurled several insults towards me and insinuated that it was my fault, I had to call the order department and ask for her to quit emailing me.
