Wendy and her team did an amazing job when our home flooded. She walked me through the process, all the why's and what's, and addressed all my concerns. They were on site within an hour of being contacted and saved our home from additional damage due to her timely response. She also assisted me with her knowledge of the insurance claims process. I can't thank her enough!

I cannot tell you how relieved we were to know that Wendy and her crew were handling our condo flood. her response was very quick very professional and she made sure that she communicated with us every step of the way. she really made us feel at ease with her knowledge and her expertise she coordinated with vendors insurance companies whomever was needed everyone on her team was professional and knowledgeable.. Unlimited Restoration Specialist, Inc is a great company run by reliable people who are honest and really know how to care for the customer. Wendy explains the process in detail. Their attention to detail is exceptional. They tell you up front what to expect and do what they say. When they remove things they are careful to put everything where you can find it later. I highly commend UR to you for water or mold damage. You will me well taken care of!

5 Star rating! I am pretty handy around the house, so when we had a slab leak I was quite puzzled. 2 weeks before Christmas, we had our doubts anyone could put us in working order in time. Wendy was amazing. UR is on the top of my list for recommendations; she knows the industry (1991) like nobody I've met before and becomes your advocate (no charge for that). Thank you Wendy and your team, we have water and a clean/dry/safe home to enjoy the holiday's in...because of you
