RecommendedHighly recommend the free keto class. Dennis is a great speaker, a straight shooter, personable and what he says makes SO much sense. I went in expecting a sales pitch but this guy genuinely cares about people and some of the facts he drops about how our bodies work will blow your mind.

The Nectar shake flavors are delicious. They taste like a slush, or my favorite Pina colada! Plus they are full of protein. The staff are nice and very helpful.
