I am a new customer with Unlimited Lawn Care. I have had two treament done on my Lawn. I have already done one 5 Star review of this Company work. Now I am going to do another 5 Star review of this Company. On Monday of this week, and another Techician by the name of Donnie T. serviced my Lawn for weeds. Not only did Donnie spray the weeds, but he manualy pulled out many of the weeds by hand, so that the spray could better penatrate into the weeds. ABSOLUTLEY TERRIBLE TO DEAL WITH AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Almost everything they planted died. Did not warranty the gate to the fencing they installed when it was their own people that damaged it. See my BBB review for more detail.

I have been a loyal customer of Unlimited for several years. In Spring 2023, I had new sod installed in my backyard. I promptly informed Unlimited and requested that they come NOT fertilize it to ensure its health. The following week, Unlimited visited my home. Although I was on my way to work, I specifically instructed him NOT to treat the backyard due to the new sod, and to only treat the front yard. These people are absolute crooks. I've been using them for years. I've cancelled no less than 3 times in the past year due to the same weeds continuing to be in my lawn, and nobody has recorded the request for cancellation in their notes on my account. Therefore, the representative said I had never made a complaint since 2022 (absolutely not true). They've charged me again for service they have yet to do, and they refuse to refund it. Without a doubt the worst company I have dealt with in regards to a residential property. Constant turnover, horrible customer service, and terrible weed control. My yard looks like nothing is done to it at all. Either the chemicals are watered down or they are not actually spraying what they claim. I feel like they are feeding weeds instead of eliminating them.

I have been using Unlimited Lawn Care for one year and just renew for another year for treating for controlling weeds. Technician Willie J Hunter came out on 02/20/2023 to treat my lawn!! I have seen lots of improving on my lawn since using Unlimited Lawn Care!!!

On multiple occasions this Unlimited Lawn Care has failed to treat my backyard that I pay extra for, show up at all, or they treat my neighbors yard, Sales team is easy to reach, but good luck trying to cancel or get anyone from Customer Service to answer or return your phone calls. I can't even get a hold of someone to cancel the service and have considered small claims at this point to recoup some of the money spent where they treated the neighbors yard instead of mine. STAY AWAY!!!

There is a reason for the bad reviews, I used this company's weed removal service for a year in 2018, and my weeds were getting more and more. Calling customer service was ignored, and I decided not to use their service immediately, After a year was up, I didn't sign a contract with them again, they continued to send people, I called them again and said I didn't need your services anymore, and after two months they billed me, I Didn't pay and they handed it over to a debt collection agency, the worst company I've ever seen.
