I purchased a car from this dealership that was advertised as having a clean title. Shortly after, during a routine oil change at the Honda service center, I discovered that the airbags were blown. Purchased my 2019 Mitsubishi suv from them to only find out later the young lady that sold me said vehicle, had been doing some shisty crap there. And to top it all off I still haven’t received my title for said vehicle

I initially thought that my purchasing experience was going to be a good one, but these salesmen have learned to add sneaky exorbitant fees. The vehicle that I purchased was $8,000. I put down $2000 and still walked away with a $12,000 loan. Check their fees against what is normal, before you sign. Also, I paid $1200 for GAP insurance. A lady t-boned my son, totaling the vehicle. I called them to let them know I needed my GAP insurance deposit back. The car is paid off. The whole experience has been unprofessional. My salesman, Egor, was an hour late to my appointment. Within days the check engine light is on, oil light is on & the car shaking. I called to see if it's possible to return the car. Egor tells me "No, the paperwork is already finalized." I knew that was a lie because my bank was still asking for verification documents to finalize the loan. I called my bank & they held the funds.
