The store has a wonderful staff. I come here frequently and I have observed the staff say hello to other customers as well as myself asking how their fur kids are. They truly are a neighborhood pet store that you can count on for personal attention.

Tony is the best ever! He helped me so much as a first time dog owner a couple weeks ago getting the essentials, and today he ran after me for 5 blocks because I forgot my $4 credit. Which by the way is because I had to exchange a sweater for my dog because I got the wrong size. Everyone at this place is SO nice and helpful, especially when I feel so disorganized and airheaded as a lifetime cat person that now has a puppy! ��
