My family has been a Petco family for over two decades. When Unleashed opened in Beverly, I was psyched, because I hate driving and this store is within my range. ANYTIME we go, whether I bring Snooze and Shanelle or not, the staff is SO helpful and knowledgeable. We almost lost our little Jack Russell to pancreatitis, when daddy went to find a new food for her, the woman working was WONDERFUL. Snooze is recovering nicely. Thank you all for being SO great! I'll never shop anywhere else for our furbabies :-)
