Zero stars for this place. I boarded my dog there and when I picked him up, his ear was cut and swollen. I took him immediately to the vet, cost me $200 and this place did not feel responsible 👎

We're sorry you felt dissatisfied with our care of Morgan. As outlined in our terms and conditions, due to the nature of group play dogs do on occasion get scrapes, etc during play. Unfortunately due to how ears tend to have more range of motion, they can flop around when a dog shakes their head, etc healing even small cuts and scrapes in that area can be difficult. RecommendedToday was the first time I have ever been there! I took all 3 of my little dogs there today for a nail trim and I am so impressed! There nails are the best they have ever looked! We will definitely be returning! Thank you so much!
They do an excellent job, and space out dog baths so humans don’t transmit the Covid-19 virus. I highly recommend them to everyone.
Best place EVER. They love on your pet as if they were their own. Sophia loves to be there. She does not get scared in the car when we pull up. She paws at the glass till I open the door and then right on in to play with her friends!

Mac has been going to Unleashed a couple days a week since June but recently spent ten days there while we were on spring break with our college kids. Mac had some dietary problems and the girls were so wonderful about touching base with me several times during his long stay keeping me informed about how they were taking care of him and how he was doing.
