They did not call us at any of the phone numbers we provided when there was an issue with our dog's behavior. Instead she was separated and eventually muzzled. Do not trust them to care for your dogs!

Jodi I am sorry you feel like people cannot trust us with their dogs. As we explained on the phone one of your dogs instigated an altercation with another one of our boarding dogs on Labor Day. That resulted in an injury to one of our staff members who had to separate the dogs during the altercation. We then kept your dog separate for the safety of the other dogs. Went to use the self serve wash for a husky who is hard to bathe at home and got her nails trimmed. It was a great price and the staff is so helpful! The self serve pet wash is extremely cleaned and well organized and stocked! Our dog loved it as well! She hasn't been this well cleaned in a long time! We will definitely be there often again!
Great place. Highly recommend!! Will bring our little guy here again for sure.
