I recently visited this store looking for a couple of outdoor dome cameras that support PoE to use with my NVR. Unfortunately, my experience was quite frustrating. The salesperson kept asking me confusing and unnecessary questions—like what app I was going to use and why I needed the cameras—instead of simply helping me find the right product.
