The apartments are standard city-issue, with vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors. The upper floors are much, more spacious than the lower floors, and the ground floor apts facing the back of the building have gratings on the windows. Rental is a bit high, but it's quiet (as long as there's no lacrosse game going on).
