I’ve been using university vision centre for decades, when Dr. Blair first opened at this location. Unfortunately as time has passed so has customer service. The payment comes before the patient is clearly the attitude from office management. I will give the details of today’s visit as an example. I will not go anywhere else except University Vision. They are by far the most Thorough.I have never been to an optometrist or an ophthalmologist and received such a thorough Eye exam like I did today. Ashley the young lady that helped me pick out my glasses was hilarious very helpful and very honest . I’ve never had as much fun picking out glasses as I did today. Now I think I did spend a lot more money than what I usually do but to me if you’ve got to wear glasses you might as well look darn good wearing them!!

This place is awesome. Top of the line doctors with up to date equipment. Great selection of frames to select from. Ashley in the optics center was an asset in helping with our prescriptions.
I don’t have the time to sit there and wait for hours. I had to walk out after 1 hour. Idk why they won’t tell you to reschedule if they are so backed up. Never again.
