Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! The staff spoke very highly of this provider and it was clear that they held them in a position of high respect. Would you recommend this nursing home to others? I Already Have Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did this provider take time with you at your appointment? Yes

Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? No, they were out of everything! Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Not at all; the equipment is dangerous! Does this provider welcome questions? Not at all. They ignored my questions Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called Does this provider use current and safe equipment? No; the equipment needs to be updated Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? No, it took a while

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob. Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Kind of, but not very much Did this provider answer all of your questions? Some were answered Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy
