I have been living in University Village for a year now, and am about to sign on to another lease. I love it here. It s very quiet and feels very safe. I have several friends that live or have lived here and all of them have had a great experience too. The manager, Tom, is a sweetheart and we have a new maintenance guy who is super friendly. A very nice, quiet and well run Apartment complex.The manager Tom keeps the place well maintained.They do not accept section 8 and do both a credit and bakground check on all tenants.I have heard bad things about a prior manager and his friends They were not exactly honest and had to be removed several years ago.A new Management firm was hired this year and are doing wonderswith both exterior and interior rehabs.I would not hesitate to recomend this place to both family and friendsas a place to live.It is both clean and safe... read more

I have no idea what Apt 31 is talking about. I lived around them and I constantly complained about thier noise. Alan has always taken care of all my issues in a timely manner. And the people living in Apt. 31 were a nice couple that I got to know before they moved. I know they werent drug users so I dont know where this guy got that idea. The googd thing about these apartement is they are the cheapest apartments in Edmond with free gas and water other than that roaches and babyroaches everywhere, in the kitchen in living room even in bedrooms. I woke up many times found roaches in my bed. can you imagine yourself sleeping at night and feeling something in your face playing trying to warm up with you. and what sucks about these apartements is management.
