I’m really sad to say that I have to leave! This community is awesome. They always had events planned to keep residents entertained! Not to mention, the staff is amazing. I can already see the new property manager making changes. One of the employees, Gabi is super helpful every time! They also have the coolest parties� CEV is the place to be!
The staff here is really helpful This place is a great place to live it has a great atmosphere and I definitely recommend it
I’ve had issues with many things here, many times. However, the new GM is working really hard and diligently to fix the mess that was created here. I’m not a huge fan of CEV but the new GM has been incredibly helpful and I see him bringing the change CEV needs.
if i could give them -5 i would! worst place to ever live. They bill you for the stupidest things. I got charge 200$ for blinds that were not broken. the staff is terrible they are not helpful, I always pay my rent early, along with my electric bill and always getting an email saying my rent is late. If i knew it was going to be this bad, I would have just stayed on the campus. Go somewhere that you are treated with respect, i always have to get my dad involved because they wont listen to me.
If I could give negative stars I would. I lived here over three years ago and have all documentation of everything I ever paid to cev and they are trying to tell me I still owe money when I owed nothing on my move out form. Management is still horrible and the desk workers are even worse do not live here. Just stay on campus rather than coming here.
