Everyone from the receptionists/intake personnel all the way through to the people who work in the boarding side to the aides and the doctors actually care about your pet! It's amazing. I would not trust my dog to any place else ever. Plus, Dr Martinson helped my dog to walk again after she had a ruptured disc. UVH is a godsend.
Wonderful and friend staff, that really care about your babies. They are extremely helpful and do their best to help in all situations. Love you all for taking care of my Rosie.
Today’s visit was Tito’s first time!! He is a one get a year old corgi rescue who sees Dr. Alisha Spivey. He loves her and can’t wait to see her and the UVH Staff again !!! This place is top notch
From wellness visits and routine care to daycare and grooming, it simply does not get any better than UVH! My baby, Jaxon, has enjoyed every visit and is always welcomed every time we walk through the doors with the most sincere and caring smiles and scratches! Everyone is great in this facility... From the receptionist to the surgeons and veterinary doctors, nurses and rehab doctors and assistants. Max my dog of 10 years was very safe and well taken cared of. They call to give status and updates. They care about the owners too.
Many know I am a previous employee of UVH (moved out of state). I just want to recognize Shelby (phone’s room receptionist) for taking my call today. She went above and beyond what she was asked. Milo my dog got out and I needed his microchip number and it wasn’t in his current record so for 30 minutes she shuffled through at least 20 pages of records to find it and didn’t. She called the vet where his microchip was implanted and was able to obtain the number and updated his chart. She didn’t have to do all this, but she did... read more
