Both of my furbabies, Zyon ( chihuahua) and Cocoa (dachshund) were patients here. The level of care was excellent. The vets and staff are so informative and helpful. I’m a true dog mom who LOVED my furbabies as if they were my real kids; whenever one of them became ill, it tore me apart. During my tearful visits to UVH, I was met with such compassion; this made things a little easier to bear. My standard poodle, Testarossa, was in a terrible accident. I cannot articulate the compassion and excellent care she has received. We are very happy with this hospital. The doctors and staff were completely amazing at calming our fears and caring for our pet.

The doctors have been very friendly and informative, making me feel safe about bringing my old cat here. COVID precautions are being exercised perfectly. And I was even given bandaids and neosporin when they saw how bad my cat got my hand when I was putting her in the crate. Stellar experience, absolutely will continue bringing my baby here!

We have been to the hospital and Unleashed, everyone has been so amazing and helpful! Their use of digital & virtual technology makes everything so easy and convenient. I love that they are reasonably priced and always let you know up front, what kind of expense you’re looking at for care or treatment. I just wanted to say thank you all for helping my sweet foster, Ivory, pass on painlessly a few days ago. The team at UVH helped the rescue make the decision because of how sick she actually was even though she looked relatively okay. (She was sedated in the photo.)
Always kept me informed while my dog was having a plasma transfusion and checked up on him afterwards.
