GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I have been on a referral list for a year. Out of the blue I receive an email detailing the cost of tests and diagnostics that were “recommended” to me without ever consulting or seeing a doctor. They wanted me to come down for 2 days of testing over the course of a week (I live out of state) but this did not guarantee any type of treatment or even if I could see the doctor at that point. I can’t even describe how much suffering I’ve had through two years of them doing less-than-nothing. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy.

Horrible! They wasted 2 months of my time. I had a referral into them. They denied the referral because they need more testing. The whole point of me going to them was to get the test that I need. I need 1 test the will either confirm or debunk if I have a condition. Now I’m back to square one trying to find someone to give me the test I need. This clinic is joke. I've been waiting for two months for them to get some of my test results from st mark hospital so that they then call me to schedule an appointment. I go to the U for my primary care doctor and they always have immediate access on the spot to any tests I've done anywhere. St mark or elsewhere. Not really sure why the neurology clinic needs 2 months+ for obtaining some irrelevant data. For over 8 years I had cervical instability that progressed to spinal cord and brainstem compression. I could die because of a delay in acknowledging and investigating the obvious signs of this illness. This is one of the most terrifying conditions in the whole world. Please consider going elsewhere if you have complex or multivariate neurologic problems.
