Brought my Lexus here for minor damage to the front bumper cover and after a week they called back and told me it “Looked as good as new” and the first picture is the part they fixed… so $1,000 for that “awesome” work…. on top of that, there is a DEEP scratch in the hood and when I pointed it out to the manager he literally got angry… I have never seen someone deflect blame and get so defensive so fast in my life, he didn’t even look at it or anything and instead he was very rude and refused to take any responsibility for so... read more

Had a Toyota Highlander in collision shop picked it up yesterday 4/29/25 Had to wait on parts so repairs about a week no problem Backed in driveway heard something looked in back all the used and broken parts were in the back from repair unexceptionable The worst thing is that parts were across or seats Manager was arrogant acted like no big deal But did say he would take parts out and clean inside Outside of suv was also not cleaned as well couldn’t even tell where repairs were done or if paint matched cause of the pollen V... read more

THIS DEALERSHIP ALMOST BLEW UP MY ENGINE!!! So I went to do an oil change on my car in this dealership and drove the car around everything was fine. When I wanted to drive the car in the morning I came to find out a huge swamp of oil under the car. I towed the car back to the dealer and came to find out the service department did not use the proper washer on the oil drain plug which caused the oil leak.
