I had collision repair done at Moses Toyota, and unfortunately my experience was very upsetting. I was told to drop my car off on 6/24 because the parts would be in by then, and I was given a verbal estimate of 2 to 3 weeks for repairs. Instead, my car was there for 5 weeks. When I arrived to pick it up on 7/28 after being told it was ready, I was handed the keys to the wrong car. Then they had to search for my car, only to tell me it was still being detailed. TL;DR: Paid a $200 diagnostic fee, left a voicemail declining a nearly $1,000 repair, but the shop proceeded anyway and charged me an additional $100 labor fee after claiming they had already started the work. Poor communication and disregard for my cancellation request left me feeling taken advantage of. I took my 2012 Toyota Camry in because it was shaking and had stalled. STAY AWAY! I used the collision center for a small fender bender, which ended up taking over a month to have fixed. After I had my car back for 2 weeks a kind soul in the Lowe’s parking lot pointed out to me that back lights were swapped and it looked like I was backing up every time I was braking. After returning to the collision center I was told that there was nothing wrong and that it was “not a safety concern”.
