Brought my 2025 Toyota Tundra with 7k miles in for an alignment, and all they did was a “ toe and go” then used a modified spec on the paperwork to make it look like all the numbers were in the green. To make matters worse the steering was off to the right, brought it back, same modified spec and steering is still off to the right. Then I find out that they damaged the cam tab to now it’s extremely hard to align. I had to bring my new truck to an independent shop to actually align my truck. Rip off from the get go. Very unprofessional. But maybe I’m expecting too much. It is morganhole after all. Dealership a hard NO for me. They even charge cc fees.
My son took my 2019 camry here for no more than routine maintenance... a couple days later the transmission goes completely out... coincidence? I dont think so... i had 0 issues with this car before it saw their shop.
