Awful experience. the lady that helps run these apartments is very very greedy and unprofessional. be warned even if you’ve kept the place in amazing shape and haven’t broken a thing or caused any problems most if not all of your down deposit will go down the drain for things that you didn’t damage and were damaged before moving in. nothing will get fixed also. tons of leaks. run far away from this place
I lived at University Towers for two years, and it was the worst living experience I've ever had. The place was a constant maintenance nightmare. There were always leaks that never got fixed, no matter how much I called. Mold was growing everywhere because of the leaks. The refrigerator broke down right before a big grocery trip. I called the landlord multiple times, but they were always slow to respond or didn't fix the problems properly, so all my food went bad.
