BASEMENT APARTMENTS FLOOD BAD BEWARE! Apartment is decent, but not worth the cost of rent for all the problems at the apartment. Bob Martinez obviously needs some help, when I emailed him about the issue he didn’t respond. I had to go in person and when I did they said there was nothing they could do about the flooding when it rained. Paying 1000 a month in rent to deal with an apartment that floods when it rains is honestly outrageous. Had a nice and smooth experience moving in to University Terrace Arts with my son. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the room did not disappoint. Excited about the upcoming year!
