Gas burning smell was coming from our apartment and making my roommates and I get headaches and feel extremely drowsy. We put in an emergency maintenance request and notified them of what was going on 6 hours ago now and still have received no word as to when they are coming. We have had to put in maintenance requests at least 3 times a month since living here when paying over 900 dollars to live at this apartment you would expect better.
For over $900 a month I expect for consistent wifi, consistent heat, and for the outlets not to blow. My wifi will cut pretty often, we lost heat during the coldest week of the year, and now majority of the outlets in the apartment have blown and cannot be used.
Car was towed less then 4 hours and I am a resident of a DTN property. No postage around the entrance that say private property or towed at owners expense
Will take forever with completing your maintenance request. Management in office not helpful.
