I think these apartments are more set toward teens, college students, people who are looking for a nice deal. Decent space.. Where else are you going to find a decent complex with a studio for 400. 1bdrm for 500 and 2bdrm for 600. I myself am a teenager and i in fact enjoy this complex. It may get a little noisy, but if you are looking for some peace and quiet go pay the high expenses in west des moines.
