Helpful and reasonable rates The staff from University Pest Control is helpful and knowledgeable, but we were disappointed that we couldn't schedule them for an inspection when we bought our next house.
HONEST! A company with INTEGRITY. Knowledgeable, friendly, honest. Sunny was great! We were worried about a beehive and she gave us info that didn't make her company a penny! She didn't try to scare us into an expensive bee removal. VERY HONEST... lots of INTEGRITY. Prices were great, too! :-)
I had the terrible misfortune of having one of your Sierra Vista employees do an inspection on a home prior to purchase. Common sense was seriously lacking with that individual. There was termite damage found in a shed on the property as well as at a wooden privacy fence. That's fine. And it was treated. Apparently, it didn't register that the fence was CONNECTED TO A WOOD FRAMED ARIZONA ROOM!!! Stupid us...we trusted that there was no further damage found and we purchased the home. My Pest Company for about 25 years. I use them for termites, weeds and pests. For those services I currently recommend ****, ***** *****; I would like ******* also but he is not available to my service area. **** runs the company quite nicely. Dependable company. I would definitely recommend them. Would like a bit better communication with the office staff regarding my needs on occasion, however they are very friendly and eventually very helpful; they are very receptive to my different feedback.
